Thrive News and New Year Planning!

Bree shares a bit of what's happening behind the scenes inside our two group coaching programs, Shift and Profitable Blogger Society! As well as talking about what's in store for 2023, and how you can also plan the same way we do!

Thrive News + 2023 Planning

"Before I found a coaching program that worked for me, I was doing a whole bunch of things that other people were saying and other people were doing, and I was kind of watching and learning that way. But I didn't know what exactly was best for me! Oftentimes I felt like I was spinning my wheels and that I wasn't really moving forward at the pace that I thought I should be. So I needed a coach to confirm what I should be doing and help me refine what I was doing. That way I could start to see some forward movement. And so that's really what we wanted to create here."

Discussed in this episode...

A quick peak into how we plan our year!

So we plan quarterly and seasonally (these go hand in hand) and we recommend that you do the same!

January - March

This is the dead of winter; especially up in the midwest! hunkering down and getting your processes and strategy in place for the year. This is a great time to hunker down and get your systems processes everything in place and set up so that you have a successful year. We expect to see new faces in Shift and PBS, so we'll be focused on that and releasing a couple of new pieces of training to help you with this too!

April - June

Who doesn't love spring?! For us this spring we're going into maintenance mode. We are so excited to have a new coach inside PBS and Shift to help support our members, and we'll be focused on perfecting systems internally.

What this could look like for you is really charging forward with content and the strategy that you set up at the beginning of the year. Test some things out, watch the data, and make some adjustments as needed.

July - September

So this is when we want to help you get set up for a successful end of the year, so we started talking about fall early. I know a lot of you were confused when we start talking about fall in July, but it's so necessary! Here we are in November and it's already your busy season. You probably feel like there are so many things you want to do but can do it all. That's exactly why we start talking about fall and winter early. For you, take time in July and August to look at your fall and the holidays, how you are going to handle it, and things that you need to prep early.

September - December

September through December is our support time. It's for us, it's supporting you guys as you are in this busy season. Inside our groups that looks like talking through overwhelm and talking through strategies. We have somebody working on an upsell with some fun Christmas digital prints, others that are growing their email list, and others that are trying to focus on affiliate income growth during this time. And so for us, it's really that time to support you. For you, that prep work that you did in July through September can really come to fruition for you to be able to enjoy the end of the year and have fun with the content that you're creating.
