Role Summary: We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in executing various tasks that are crucial for serving our vibrant community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse range of work and is excited about taking on new projects. The nature of work will vary week by week, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating and setting up opt-ins using Canva, WordPress, and ConvertKit.
  • Preparing emails
  • Conduct research for new podcast guests.
  • Upload and format blog posts.
  • Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
  • Upload videos and Shorts to YouTube.
  • Flexibility to take on various other tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of drafting blog posts in WordPress and setting up SEO (including Yoast) with provided keywords.
  • Familiarity with tools like ConvertKit, ThriveCart, WordPress, Canva, Zoom, Google Drive & Tools, Meta Business Suite, Tailwind, Airtable, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of the blogging industry and social media content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Hours and Availability:

  • This is a fully remote contract position. Starting at approximately 10 hours per week.
  • Weekly meetings for updates on conversations, progress, and strategies.
  • Availability from Tuesday to Thursday to work alongside our CEO is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation:

  • $15-25/hr Depending on Experience
