- Initiate and sustain conversations with potential leads for our two exclusive coaching programs.
- Utilize existing leads to engage in meaningful discussions about their businesses, identifying and nurturing qualifying leads.
- Actively share and promote our lead generators to facilitate new, targeted conversations.
- Collaborate closely with our team to drive conversions, either directly or indirectly, through these interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A natural conversationalist who enjoys ongoing and beneficial interactions.
- Passion for helping individuals find solutions to grow their businesses.
- High responsiveness and frequent engagement on social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a team-oriented mindset, and self-motivated.
- Experience in the blogging and social media realm is preferred.
- No specific experience required, but familiarity with the blogging industry is advantageous.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Effective generation of conversations with appropriate leads.
- Collaborative goal setting with our CEO and arrangement of discussions for hot leads.
- Successful conversion of conversations into sales.

- Fully remote position with weekly meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
