297: Turning a $7 Product Into $1000 in Sales Every Month with Shift Member Hailey Young

I'm like, oh, hello. I just touched your shoulder. Um, so hi, can you tell everybody just quickly who you are, what you do, and where people can find and follow you?

[00:00:24] Hailey: Hi, my name is Haley. I am a quilting blogger and YouTuber. So I create all types of different quilting content. You can find me at Haley Stitches on everything.

[00:00:37] Bree: Amazing. And you guys, we are here in Minneapolis at the shift retreat. So Haley is a part of shift, which is our coaching program for content creators.

And I would love to know, what is your biggest win that you have had since

[00:00:51] Hailey: joining shift? Since joining shift, Brie has helped me a ton with my tripwire conversions. And it was a huge help when she looked through my entire page and now it's converting super high. I actually bring in. 1, 000 a month just from this one 7 tripwire offer.

[00:01:13] Bree: Oh my gosh. That's amazing. 7 and that, that's so many just from one tripwire. And I mean, we've set up so many together and just gone through all your digital products. And, like, how has it helped you? Was it just, like, a second set of eyes on things? Was it, like, things that you're like, oh, I didn't actually, like, you, kind of, like, going into it, you don't know what you don't know?

Like, how was that for you?

[00:01:38] Hailey: Yeah, it was great having a second pair of eyes on everything because when I'm so in it, it's really hard to see what is missing.

[00:01:46] Bree: Yeah.

[00:01:46] Hailey: And we changed some of the copy on the page. We made the buttons bigger. I think we increase the urgency with a countdown timer. There was a lot of different things we did there to help convert and it's nice having someone who knows nothing about my niche look at it so it can help with clarity and just get a new perspective that way.

[00:02:07] Bree: Yes, and how has it been being at the retreat? Because a lot of people ask me like, oh, well, do you have people that are in this niche or this niche? And like, sometimes we do, but sometimes I'm like, Well, no, but like the principles that I teach can apply to like everyone. So like, how has it been for you?

Cause you're like one of the only crafters in the group right now.

[00:02:25] Hailey: Yeah, I think I am the only crafter in the group and it's still amazing. I get so much value and it's super helpful to learn from people in other niches because what's happening and trending in your niche, you know, everybody's doing that because it's working, but it's nice to get inspiration and see what other people are doing in other niches.

Cause then you can really stand out. in your own niche by borrowing those techniques and strategies. So I use that a lot. I love to learn from people that have nothing to do with crafting or quilting because I think there's a lot of value in learning from people that are in different niches from you.

[00:02:57] Bree: Yeah, you might like hear something that you had never thought of because of your niche and you're so like in it. Yes, exactly. Amazing. Okay, if anybody's like on the fence or thinking about applying for shift, what would you tell them?

[00:03:08] Hailey: Shift has been amazing for my business. I've, I've, Followed Brie for the longest time.

I was in PBS originally, and now my business has grown to a place where I'm in shift and it's such a high level container full of a bunch of awesome women who are performing at a really high level. And just being in that space and knowing these women is so amazing and so beneficial for my business.
