This is number seven, so there are six other episodes that you guys can go and binge. We have created. Episodes based on the audience growth plans that we have inside of Bold Fluence because we wanna show you just what is possible with every single platform because you need to be able to make money and grow your audience the way that you want.

[00:01:27] That is the bottom line. So what we've done is we've created over 25 different growth path combinations that you can choose from. So as soon as you join, we'll teach you the different options and get you started. So you can pick both the audience growth plan and the monetization plan that feels most aligned for you.

[00:01:47] And so this episode is our final sneak peek behind what these audience growth plans. Can look like. So why is YouTube still that girl? After all these years? YouTube has consistently set the standard for what it means to respect and care about and take care of content creators. It's incredible what they do.

[00:02:12] And if you wanna be on a platform where you don't feel like you're constantly fighting an algorithm, then YouTube may be the one that you need to lean into. It's one of the most powerful platforms for long-term discoverability as well. It's, it's not just content, it's evergreen traffic and building trust with your brand plus sales potential.

[00:02:35] So inside Bulge lens, we help creators start and grow binge-worthy channels without feeling like they have to become full-time video editors. Right. I feel like that's like a lot of us don't lean into YouTube is because it feels like it could be this huge thing, but whew. The potential over there on YouTube and you know, you hear people talk about.

[00:02:56] YouTube and they rave about it. There's a reason for that there. Like I said, you know that standard for taking care of content creators is why YouTubers love YouTube so much, and YouTube is the only platform where your content works harder the longer it exists. One good video can grow your brand for years.

[00:03:18] Where else can we say that other than a blog? Right. Like what other content, especially video, can do that for you. So what is the big mindset shift that we need here? Well, the first is that you don't need perfect editing or fancy year to get started. Your iPhone works. And in fact, I follow Katie Eckley, who is a very successful YouTuber and she now has created an agency and she just created a video talking about why she's going to be filming her vlogs with her iPhone instead of her fancy camera.

[00:03:51] And she has all the equipment. She's been doing this for years. So the fact that she is even stepping back from some of that equipment to. Go with the ease of using an iPhone and that she feels like that is still 100% great and going to make her successful is, I feel like that says a lot. So the other big mindset shifts is that we, you have to have a plan.

[00:04:18] A message and consistency, and the biggest mistake is just overthinking your first few videos and never hitting publish. When you look back at some of your first content on any other platform, you're gonna look back and be like, Ooh, that could have been a lot better. And I thought that was so great at the time.

[00:04:35] Right? It's the same thing. We just have to get through it and keep going. You don't need a YouTube channel. That looks perfect. Okay? You just need one that's clear, consistent, and shows people how you help. So what does a 90 day YouTube growth plan look like? Mapped out fully inside a bold fluence month one.

[00:04:58] Setting the foundation for a binge worthy channel. So looking at your niche, cleaning up your channel, branding, and posting your first video with SEO in mind. So it could look also like you need to learn a little bit more about SEO. You need to figure out what your niche is going to be. You need to learn how to create really good YouTube video covers.

[00:05:21] Right, that can all go into month one. Month two is building momentum and improving your watch time, so uploading weekly or biweekly, creating playlists, and starting to use titles and thumbnails that really make people want to click. And then month three is to start converting viewers into subscribers and customers.

[00:05:41] So add opt-ins and product links. Repurpose your best videos and pitch yourself for a collab to grow even faster. This could be a collab with another YouTuber. This could be a collab with another content creator or brand. There's so many ideas and opportunities out there. 'cause YouTube isn't just for growing an audience, it's for building trust.

[00:06:05] And trust leads to conversions. Which means the more money in your pocket for that cushy retirement. We talked about in the last episode, what are some other common mistakes that stall growth? Waiting until your videos look perfect before posting. Right. We all could have like raised our hand and said, that was probably one of our issues, right?

[00:06:24] Is it needs to look. I mean, I've done it too. I've done it too. I'm like, Ugh, why am I gonna post this? This just is not the quality that I want it to be. Letting go of that perfectionism is something that you have to have to do. Another common mistake is not having a clear call to action or a way for people to take the next step using generic titles and skipping SEO.

[00:06:47] My tip there, just, I know we talk about this in both lengths, but spoiler is Tube Buddy. TUBE Buddy is great. It's a great tool to help help with SEO, and you can also apply your SEO skills from a blog over to YouTube. So if you're already a blogging babe, then apply those SEO skills over to YouTube.

[00:07:07] Another common mistake is forgetting to link your content across platforms and letting it live and have wings. And final one is just not planning ahead, and that causes missed uploads. And the big B word burnout. So how does Bold Fluence help you get to a thriving YouTube channel? We help you build a binge-worthy content plan tailored to your brand.

[00:07:36] That is in alignment and that feels great and that is happy and wonderful and something that you love. You get easy templates for titles, descriptions, call to actions, and content flows. Why YouTube Deserves a Second Look

YouTube isn't just a content platform, it's a path to an evergreen traffic, trust-building sales engine. It's also one of the few places where content works harder the longer it exists. One good video can grow your audience for years, long after you've hit "publish."

The biggest hurdle is that most creators wait too long to get started. We want the perfect setup, flawless editing, and ultra-polished videos. But here’s the truth: your iPhone and your message are more than enough to get going. I follow top creators like Katie Steckly who are ditching expensive equipment in favor of ease and consistency. That says a lot.

YouTube also respects creators. Unlike many platforms that prioritize fleeting engagement, YouTube is built for longevity. Your videos can surface years later, bringing in new viewers, subscribers, and customers. It rewards consistency and clarity, not perfection.

The 90-Day YouTube Growth Plan

This roadmap is exactly what we walk creators through inside Boldfluence. You don't need to do it all at once, you just need to do it with intention. Let's walk through your 90-day growth plan for Youtube.

Month 1: Build Your Foundation

Your focus in the first 30 days is all about laying the foundation and setting up your channel for success:

  • Define your niche and messaging.
  • Clean up your branding (channel art, bio, links).
  • Post your first video with SEO in mind.
  • Learn basic SEO or use tools like TubeBuddy to help.
  • Practice creating effective YouTube thumbnails.

Think of it as laying the groundwork. You want your channel to communicate who you are and how you help at a glance. That means clarity in your visuals, bio, and video titles. It’s okay if you’re still figuring it out—progress is the priority.

Month 2: Create Momentum

In month two, it’s time to publish consistently and build viewership:

  • Upload once a week or every other week.
  • Create playlists to increase watch time.
  • Write clickable titles that spark curiosity.
  • Keep thumbnails visually consistent.

You have to prioritize consistency over complexity so that you build habits. Your second month is all about showing up and learning as you go. I highly recommen keeping an eye on your analytics to see what resonates. Then you can tweak your content style, titles, and thumbnails accordingly. This is your experimentation phase.

Month 3: Convert Viewers Into Fans

Once you've built traction, it’s time to make your channel work for you:

  • Add opt-ins and product links into your content and descriptions.
  • Repurpose high-performing videos for other platforms.
  • Collaborate with other creators or brands.

Conversion starts with trust, and trust starts with value. You can leverage this approach by using your best videos as lead magnets and creating simple funnels using free downloads or exclusive resources. Once you're set, you can explore collaborations to introduce you to aligned audiences and expand your reach organically.

Common Mistakes That Stall Growth

Here are the biggest growth blockers I see again and again:

  • Waiting until your videos are "perfect" before posting.
  • Skipping SEO and posting generic titles.
  • Not including calls to action or next steps.
  • Failing to cross-promote your videos on other platforms.
  • Inconsistent uploads due to lack of planning.

Burnout happens when you're always playing catch-up and a content plan prevents that. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every week. I recommend that you reuse proven video structures, create batching systems, and give yourself permission to keep it simple.
